How do I recycle the old handsets for my department?

As your department transitions to Zoom Phone, please follow these simple steps to recycle the old handsets efficiently:

  1. Receive Ticket

    • You will receive a service ticket with details about the handsets to be recycled.

  2. Prepare Phones

    • Collect all old phones and associated power adapters.

    • Do not include any other items.

    • Securely pack phones and power adapters in boxes.

  3. Label Boxes

    • Clearly label each box with your department's name and contents (phones and power adapters only).

  4. Coordinate Pickup

    • Update your existing service ticket to confirm boxes are ready for pickup.

    • Provide the name and contact information of the department representative responsible for coordinating with campus movers. Movers may schedule pickups as early as 7:00 AM.
