Overview
This article provides directions on how to access a unit's training page in KnowBe4, view the users in that unit as well as their status, and how to download a CSV of the data.
Prerequisites
To view users’ progress within a specific KnowB4 training campaign you would need to be apart of that campaign’s Admin group.
If you are not within the desired campaign’s admin group but believe you should be.

Procedure
- Please sign into your account at https://training.knowbe4.com/ui/login
- After signing into the KnowB4 webpage click on training.

Then click on the training campaign you would like to see users’ progress on.

From there you will see the main dashboard of the campaign. Click on the “Users” tab.
- Finally, you have reached the “Users” dashboard. From here you can view the progress of the users.
- The box in blue lets you filter users based on their completion status.
- The box in red is a search bar that allows you to search for a specific user’s progress.
- The box in green shows the individual user with important information like which modules they completed.
- Circled is the “Generate CSV” button. This allows you to download a detailed spreadsheet which contains not only the users’ progress, but also more information on the users themselves. Coupled with Excel this is a very powerful for getting granular with the data.
