I received an email saying that my email forwarding was changed but I didn't change anything.

UIHealth users have email internally routed to netid@uihealth.uic.edu while users at UIC have email internally routed to netid@ad.uic.edu. When a user is moved from one system to another their email routing is automatically changed for them. When a user is de-provisioned from UIHealth they will usually be moved to UIC until their university affiliation completely expires.
