How do I log in to my server backup tenant?

Once you have been granted access to a server backup tenant, you can log in to it at http://backup.uic.edu.

  1. Enter your UIC email address in the Username or email field, then select Continue.

  2. You will be automatically be redirected to a UIC login page, where you should enter your UIC password and log in. Note that you may also need to complete the Duo 2FA authentication process. Please refer to How can I learn more about 2FA? for more information about Duo 2FA.

  3. After logging in, you will be automatically be redirected back to the Commvault Command Center web interface and logged in to the tenant that your account is associated with.
