There are several ways to contact the UofI WebStore:

• Email: webstore@illinois.edu. Email is answered promptly during normal business hours.
• Walk-In You can find UIC Technology Solutions support walk-in centers here.
• Phone: In order to keep costs low and provide the lowest possible prices, incoming phone support directly to WebStore staff is not available.
