What do I do if the wireless microphone is not working?
What to check when the wireless microphone is not working.
Verify the bodypack is ON.
Verify the wireless mic audio level at the touch screen is not muted or set too low.
Verify the group and channel on the bodypack match with the group and channel at the receiver. The receiver should be visible from the equipment rack. Group and channel numbers are also available on the grid taped to the front desk as well as on this spreadsheet:
