FTE
The FTE calculation is done annually.
The Office of Institutional Research (OIR) publishes the FTE census snapshot count each year on October 10th. The FTE count will remain unchanged until re-calculated the following year. As a result, any new hires, transfers, or other employee changes after October 10th would be reflected in the following year’s count provided the pertinent information has been communicated with human resources.
