This article explains how to setup my UIC Exchange email on my Android device?

Install Outlook on Android

To install Outlook on your Android device, follow the steps below:

1. Install the Microsoft Outlook app from the Play Store.
2. Once it's installed tap to open.
3. Tap on Get Started
4. Enter your UIC email address (NetID@uic.edu)
5. Select Continue
6. Select on Not an IMAP Mail Account? if you see that option.
   • Note: If you have an "Office" account already set up on your device, then you will see a screen prompting you to add an Exchange account.  Simply enter your UIC email address and Technology Solutions common password on this screen to continue.
7. Select on Microsoft/Office 365
8. On the login screen, enter your Technology Solutions common password.
9. Authenticate with Duo 2-Factor Authentication when prompted. Please visit How do I get started with Duo 2FA for more information about Duo.
10. When prompted to "Activate phone administrator", Select on Activate.
    • Note: It may take a minute or two for this prompt to appear.
11. When prompted to "Set device encryption", select Not Now.
12. When prompted, add another account if you so desire, otherwise, select maybe later.
13. Select skip to skip the tutorial if you so desire.
