Usage constraints
Meetings up to 300 participants can be scheduled. If you have a need for meetings with up to 500 or 1000 participants, Large Meeting, Webinar and Conference Room connectors are available at an additional expense. Group meetings can last for 24 hours.

Maintenance hours
Technical management for both services is handled by the vendors, and no regular maintenance window is stipulated. Maintenance for the Zoom signup is generally handled weekday mornings, between 5 and 8 am.
