Before You Start
- Your department must request your computer through IT
- You must have an active University NetID
- Your start date should be confirmed

How You Get a Computer
- Your department submits a request for your device
- IT reviews the request and prepares the computer
- You choose your device from recommended options based on your preferences
- IT coordinates pickup or delivery

- Your computer is ready at or near your start date
- Devices are pre-registered and managed by IT
- Setup happens automatically when you sign in
