To request a phone account for an extra help user, contact the extra help office to create the user's phone number. Email ihr-extrahelp@illinois.edu with the user's netID.
If the user needs to be added to a group line, you will need to contact tech services (consult@illinois.edu) once their personal number has been created by extra help.
