Method A

Long press the pound key (#) and the star key ( * ) for about 6 seconds to reset the phone to factory settings when the phone is idle.

Method B

1. Go to Settings > Device Settings > Debug (Admin only, default password: admin).
2. Select Reset to Factory Settings.
