Create CFOP Shared Account in PaperCut
In Active Directory, navigate to ad.uillinois.edu/Urbana/Education/Groups/Papercut
Create Security Group – Universal following the existing naming scheme.
Email
printing-serviceadmins-request@ics.illinois.edu
and ask them to add the AD group to papercut. Provide them with the name of the AD group. Wait for their confirmation.
Go to
https://papercut.ics.illinois.edu/admin
Navigate to Accounts > Shared Account List > Create a new account…
Fill out form
Account Name: Follow existing convention.
[Department:EDUCATION] GROUPNAME
Pin / Code: CFOP in format X-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX
Under the new account, click on Security.
Under Groups, select the AD Group that was synced in step 3, select Add
