Notes

  • Printers follow the naming convention building-room-printerModel.
  • Printers are labeled with their name and IP address.

1. Install Driver

This step is generally not needed for most of our printers, but it is essential for the specified models or during troubleshooting.

Ricoh IM C320F

  1. Go to https://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc3/model/imc320f/imc320f.htm?lang=en
  2. Select computer's operating system, typically Mac OS X 15.
  3. Click blue Download button.
  4. A file will download, install it.

2. Connect To Printer

Via SMB Printing

  1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > + Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax...
  2. Right-click on the space next to the Search Bar and choose Customize Toolbar.
  3. Drag the Advanced icon to the space above it, then click Done
  4. Click on Advanced icon and let it load.
  5. Populate the form as follows. Please note PrinterName is a generic name, replace it with printer information shared below. 
  6. Click on Add

Via IP Printing

  1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > + Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax...
  2. Click on IP button in the top bar.
  3. Enter the IP address of the printer.
  4. Allow the wizard to detect the driver.
  5. Enter a user friendly name.
