Steps

1. Schedule event in YouTube.
   • Select stream key:
     • DRES Transcription when accommodations are needed. 
     • YouTube Auto Transcription when not.
   • Enable Closed captions
     • Captions source: Embedded 608/708 - Preferred
     • Captions source: POST captions to URL - Backup
2. Provide YouTube link to Bryan and ask to update link on https://education.illinois.edu/live.
3. If necessary, submit live captions request with AI Media.
