Ai-Media is the campus-approved vendor that provides live captioning services. The College of Education has an account with Ai-Media. We use this account to request their services.

Submit Request

  1. Go to https://bookings.ai.media/bookings
  2. Log in
  3. Click Add new booking
  4. Choose between Meeting or Event
  5. Fill Out Form
    • Service Type: Remote Captioning
    • Set audio source: RTMP
      • RTMP URL and Stream Key are obtained from YouTube
