Ai-Media is the campus-approved vendor that provides live captioning services. The College of Education has an account with Ai-Media. We use this account to request their services.
Submit Request
- Go to https://bookings.ai.media/bookings
- Log in
- Click Add new booking
- Choose between Meeting or Event
- Fill Out Form
- Service Type: Remote Captioning
- Set audio source: RTMP
- RTMP URL and Stream Key are obtained from YouTube
