Open finder.
Select Go from top bar.
Select Go to Folder...
Enter
~/Library
.
Navigate to Preferences folder.
Search for acro and select "Preferences" next to Search.
Delete all the files but not the folder.
Restart the computer.
Open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and log in if prompted.
