Description
Duo Security is the campus provider of 2FA. Once you login with a NetID and password to certain business and financial services, Duo sends a request to confirm that you are who you say you are via mobile phone notification, phone call, or by another method such as a token.
Setup
Visit https://identity.uillinois.edu/ to find out if you are registered and to enable your device (mobile phone or token) and set preferences.
Support
If your registered device is not accessible or your information has changed and you need assistance getting a bypass for 2FA click the Request Assistance button.
You will need to provide a phone number and be available from 9-5 M-F Central Time for a call back.
