What are the requirements for a UIC NetID password?

UIC NetID passwords must meet the following requirements:

Must be between twelve (12) and 127 characters in length.
Must contain at least one UPPERCASE letter
Must contain at least one lowercase letter
Must contain at least one number and/or one special character (e.g. #,$,%, etc.). The following characters are not allowed: spaces, @, quotes (") and commas.
Cannot contain any four consecutive characters of your NetID
Cannot contain spaces or any non-printable character
For passwords shorter than 16 characters in length: cannot contain any dictionary words longer than three characters in length
Cannot be a password you have used in the past three years
