Current UIC students, faculty, and staff can use their UIC NetID and password to create an account and log into the UIC Qualtrics portal.
Before You Begin
UIC Qualtrics requires 2-factor Authentication (2FA) to access. Students, faculty, and staff can set up 2FA at the NetID Center. Learn more at go.uic.edu/2FA.
How to Access Qualtrics
NOTE: Be sure to go to http://uic.qualtrics.com and not http://qualtrics.com to properly create a fully licensed UIC account.
2. Sign in using your UIC NetID and password.
3. First-time users will see the message below with two options. Select "No I don't have a preexisting account here".
3. You will then see a message that reads "Your user was created successfully".
4. Select "Sign In".
