Canvas Service Disruption, May 2026 - Current Guidance

As of Friday, May 8th:

  • Access to Canvas has been restored. Faculty and students can now use the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) as they have throughout the semester.
     
  • If a class was disrupted by the outage yesterday and faculty need additional support, please submit a ticket to LTS@uic.edu with a detailed description of the issue.
