Web Inbox allows users to manage voice messages and voice message receipts. Users can compose new voice messages as well as play, reply to, forward, or delete received voice messages.
1. Get Started
In your browser, navigate to: unityw1.voip.uic.edu/ciscopca. If you are off-campus, you'll need to be connected to the UIC VPN.
In the Username and Password fields, enter:
A. Username: UIC netID
B. Password: UIC password
2. Select Web Inbox
After your credentials are input, the Cisco Main Page will load. From this page select Web Inbox.
3. Select Voicemails and Download
From your listing of voicemail messages, select one at a time, then right-click on message.wav and save to your computer.
