Access to UIC Qualtrics accounts is tied to the validation of one's UIC NetID. As long as your UIC NetID remains valid, you will have access to your UIC Qualtrics account; however, when your NetID expires, your data will remain on the Qualtrics server but you will no longer be able to access it.
It is best to
export all your data in order to save it, prior to your NetID's expiration. Alternatively, if you have a secondary Qualtrics account, you may transfer ownership of your surveys to the other account. See more on

Note: Other Qualtrics account-holders with whom you have collaborated in the past should still be able to access your data. However, it is best to transfer ownership to another colleague or to a secondary Qualtrics account when possible.
In addition to exporting survey data, you may export the survey itself following the steps below:
How to export a Qualtrics survey
1. Click on the Survey you would like to export.
2. Click on Tools > Import/Export.
3. Click on Export Survey.
