UIC Qualtrics is accessed via UIC NetIDs which can only be assigned to individuals. Due to this restriction, please note that a single group account cannot be created for multiple individuals to share in Qualtrics. Regardless, it's fairly easy to share surveys across multiple Qualtrics user accounts. Please see the instructions for Collaborating Inside Your Organization for more information.
User groups are also available. With user groups, you'd be able to share survey templates, graphic libraries, file libraries, and message libraries. If you’d like to create a user group, contact the IT Help Desk with names of the members to be added and the title of the group to you’d like to create.
