Overview
This article explains how to download the configuration file (also known as device.xml) to set up your Echo360 device.
Downloading Echo360 configuration file (device.xml)
1. Go to the Rooms tab in the EchoVideo UI.
2. From there, you can choose any room, select the chevron on the top right of the box, and select Configure.
3. Finally, scroll all the way down and select Download. The file will be added to your Downloads where you can then copy it to a USB drive to continue the setup process.
