Notes

• Printers follow the naming convention building-room-printerModel.
• Printers are labeled with their name and IP address.

Instructions

1. Install PaperCut Client

1. Open the self-service application called Managed Software Center,
2. Look for PaperCut Client for Technology Services printers.
3. Click INSTALL.
4. If prompted log out and update.

2. Connect to Printer

1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > + Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax...
2. Right-click on the space next to the Search Bar and choose Customize Toolbar.
   
3. Drag the Advanced icon to the space above it, then click Done
   
4. Click on Advanced icon and let it load.
5. Populate the form as follows.
   
6. Click on Choose a Driver... > Select Software.
7. Enter 4504 in the search bar.
8. Select RICOH MP C4504ex PS, click OK.
9. Click on Add

3. Enable Printer Options

1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
2. Click on the CRC 138 printer.
3. Click on Options & Supplies.
4. Click on Options tab.
5. Select Lower Paper Trays next to Option Trays.
