Classroom 42A is equipped with the following technology:

• (4) Large Touch Displays
• (4) Wireless Presentation - Apple TVs
• (4) HDMI Input
• (4) PTZ Cameras
• Ceiling Microphones

• PTZ camera on red station is non-functional. 
• Pending hardware updates : replace 4 HDMI wall plate receivers.

How To Connect Apple Computer to Room's Displays

Wireless

1. Locate the touch panel .
2. Tap on Share.
3. Select Wireless from the options.
4. On Apple device, go to Control Center ( macOS | iOS/iPadOS ) and select Screen Mirroring.
5. Select Education 42A Color from list.
6. Enter 4 digit pin that shows up on display.

Wired

1. Located HDMI wall plate.
2. Plug HDMI cable into wall plate.
3. Plug HDMI cable into computer's HDMI port or dongle.
4. Once connected, on your Apple computer go to System Preferences > Sound.
5. Click on Output, select Crestron.
6. Done

How to Connect Windows Computer to Room's Displays

Wired

1. Located HDMI wall plate. 
2. Plug HDMI cable into wall plate.
3. Plug other end of HDMI cable into computer.

Wireless

Not possible at this moment.

How To Use Classroom Cameras and Microphones

1. Locate USB port labeled CONFERENCING.
2. Plug USB cable into wall plate.
3. Plug USB cable into computer.
4. Look under the audio and/or camera settings of the app being used for device selection.

   • Skype for Business
