Delegating management of your Illinois Experts profile

If you have an executive assistant or other support staff to help manage your profile content in Illinois Experts, you will need to grant them access to your profile.

1. Go to https://experts.illinois.edu
2. Click the "Edit your profile" button.
3. You should be in the profile editor.  If you are not, you may not have an Illinois Experts profile and can contact us for help.
4. Click your profile icon / email address in the upper-right corner.
5. On the left sidebar of the popup menu, click "Trusted Users".
6. Click the plus icon and type in the NetID of the person to whom you want to grant access.
7. If they appear in this list, click their account there and then click "Save" at the bottom.
8. If they do not appear in the list ("No results found"), then this person does not have an account in Illinois Experts.  You can email support@education.illinois.edu or experts-help@illinois.edu to request an account for your support staff.
