macOS, Erase and reinstall macOS on Intel-based Mac

Instructions

1. Connect to Internet via Ethernet Dongle

2. Start up in macOS Recovery

   1. Restart your Mac.
   2. Immediately press and hold the following key combination until you see the startup screen: 
      Option-Command-R
   3. Allow it to load

3. Erase Disk

   1. Click on Disk Utility
   2. Click on View > Show All Devices
   3. Select the top most device, click on Erase
   4. Name the drive Macintosh HD
   5. Click Erase
   6. Allow it to erase
   7. Close Disk Utility

4. Reinstall macOS

   1. Click on Reinstall macOS
   2. Click through wizard
