Conference Room 28 is equipped with the following technology:

How To Setup for Meeting

1. On room laptop, go to Control Center ( macOS | iOS/iPadOS ) and select Screen Mirroring.
2. Select Education 28 from list.
3. Enter 4 digit pin that shows up on display.
4. Plug in Meeting Owl into electrical outlet and laptop's USB port, wait 45 seconds until it hoots. 
5. Open app (Zoom, Teams and/or Skype for Business) and set audio and camera settings to Meeting Owl.
