How To Connect Apple Computer to Room's Displays
Wireless
Locate the touch panel .
Tap on
Share
.
Select
Wireless
from the options.
On Apple device, go to Control Center (
macOS
|
iOS/iPadOS
) and select Screen Mirroring.
Select Education 17
Color
from list.
Enter 4 digit pin that shows up on display.
Wired
Located HDMI wall plate under displays.
Plug HDMI cable into wall plate.
Plug HDMI cable into computer's HDMI port or dongle.
Once connected, on your Apple computer go to System Preferences > Sound.
Click on Output, select Crestron.
Done
How to Connect Windows Computer to Room's Displays

Plug HDMI cable into wall plate.
Plug other end of HDMI cable into computer.
Wireless

How To Use Classroom Cameras and Microphones
Locate USB port labeled AV BRIDGE under Red Display.
Plug USB cable into wall plate.
Plug USB cable into computer.
Look under the audio and/or camera settings of the app being used for device selection.
