Classroom 333 is equipped with the following technology:
Large display
Wireless Presentation - Apple TV
HDMI Input
How To Connect Apple Computer to Room's Display
Wireless
Locate wall controls to the right of the display.
Click ON.
Click APPLE TV.
On Apple device, go to Control Center (
macOS
|
iOS/iPadOS
) and select Screen Mirroring.
Select Education 333 from list.
Enter 4 digit pin that shows up on display
Wired - HDMI
Locate wall controls to the right of the large display.
Click ON.
Click HDMI.
Plug HDMI cable into your computer's HDMI port or dongle.
Once connected, on your Apple computer go to System Preferences > Sound.
Click on Output, select Extron D. See image below for example.
Done
How To Connect Windows Computer to Room's Display
Wired
Locate wall controls to the right of the large display.
Click ON.
Click HDMI.
Plug HDMI cord into your computer's HDMI port or dongle.
Done
