Quick steps: Tap the screen, press Share, choose Wired or Wireless, select your station color, then press End Session when finished.

Turning the System On

  1. Press anywhere on the touch panel to awaken it.
  2. At the welcome screen, press Share.

Using a Device with HDMI

  1. Power on the device.
  2. Locate the HDMI cable.
  3. Plug the HDMI cable into the wall plate and your device's HDMI port.
  4. Press Wired.
  5. Press the color of the station you are at.

Using a Device with Wireless Presentation

  1. Power on the device.
  2. Press Wireless.
  3. Press the color of the station you are at.

Windows

  1. Press Windows key + K.
  2. Select the intended wireless presentation device from the list.
  3. Enter the 4-digit code displayed on the screen.
  4. Disconnect to end sharing.

macOS

  1. Click Control Center in the menu bar.
  2. Select Screen Mirroring.
  3. Select the intended wireless presentation device from the list.
  4. Enter the 4-digit code displayed on the screen.
  5. Disconnect to end sharing.

Using the Room Camera and Microphone

  1. Go to Red Station.
  2. Locate the USB cable.
  3. Locate the wall plate.
  4. Plug one end of the USB cable into the port labeled AV Bridge and the other end into your computer.
  5. If this is your first time using the system, wait several seconds for the device to load necessary drivers.
  6. For the room camera, select AV Bridge COE Room 17.
  7. For the room microphones, select Speakerphone (AV Bridge COE Room 17).

Using Active Learning

  1. Press the Active Learning toggle switch to ON.
  2. By default, each monitor will display its station's wireless presentation device.
  3. To make changes, select the source and send it to the intended display:
    1. Select Wireless or Wired.
    2. Select the color of the station.
    3. Select the display you want it to appear on.

Projector Mute

Active Learning is OFF

  • Press the EYE icon in the bottom-right corner.
  • This will mute all 5 monitors.

Active Learning is ON

  • Press the EYE icon in the bottom-right corner.
  • This will mute the monitor of the individual station.

Turning the System Off

  1. Press End Session.
