Please describe in as much detail as possible the desired assignment behavior of new tickets for specific group.
Please note that the form name will adhere to our naming standards. Usually this means "System-" added to the front of the name.
This can include custom fields and their names, custom field types, position of content, custom static content, service information, default group assignment, etc...

The response template will be placed in a category upon creation. We will either notify you of its location or discuss with you the best location for the template to reside.
