Turn on Sign Language View

Click the ellipsis next to your profile picture at the top of Teams and then choose Settings > Accessibility
In the Accessibility section, click the toggle to enable or disable Sign language view  

Turn on Text Telephone (TTY) 

Click the ellipsis next to your profile picture at the top of Teams and then choose Settings > Accessibility
In the Accessibility section, click the toggle to enable or disable Teletypewriter (TTY) mode
