Softphone (Cisco IP Communicator) allows you to answer and receive calls to your VoIP phone on your Windows-based system. With a compatible Windows-based system, microphone, and headphones/speakers, this feature is easy to use.

After we reply to your request notifying you that your softphone account has been created, please proceed to download and install the Softphone client.
