What Is It?

One of the multimedia production services for faculty to create accessible multimedia materials for use in their courses.

Technology consultants will show you how to use the equipment and software installed in the lab computers.

The following software is available:

  • PC – Adobe Suite Creative Cloud (Full), Camtasia 9, Gimp2, VLC, Audacity, Handbrake, ImgBurn 2.5.7.0, Snagit
  • Mac – Adobe Suite Creative Cloud(Full), Camtasia 3, VLC, Handbrake, Snagit, Skitch

Where Can I Get It?

Access the Multimedia scheduling calendar. In the calendar, select the "General Consultation" service option and then select from available dates and times to schedule your appointment.

How Much Does It Cost?

This service is funded by the University; there are no direct costs to clients.

Service Levels

Service Request Fulfillment Time Requests for service/information will be responded to within 1 business day. A specific timeline for completing the project will be given at the initial meeting/communication. Timeline is dependent upon the nature of the request and availability of resources. Projects are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Incident Resolution Time Within 2 business days (for problems with the media produced in the Multimedia Lab)
Service Availability 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
