To access your 1098T form and other tax documents following these instructions:
- Navigate to the Student & Faculty Self Service: https://apps.uillinois.edu/selfservice/
- Select appropriate campus: "UIC"
- Enter your EnterpriseID and Password and select "Login"
- Select "Account Billing Information" tab
- Read the announcements, then click on the "I acknowledge I have read above" icon
Your Enterprise ID is the same in spelling as your NetID. If you are having trouble logging into this page, your next step would be to call Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) at (312) 996-4806 or email them at servicedeskaits@uillinois.edu to reset your password.
