This is a response template to use for former students (expired affiliation) who want to view their account billing, tuition information, or 1098-T:

You may access your account billing info at this link:

https://apps.uillinois.edu/selfservice/

Select appropriate campus link at https://apps.uillinois.edu/selfservice/index.html

Enter your EnterpriseID and Password and select "Login"

Select "Account Billing Information" tab

Read the announcements, then click on the "I acknowledge I have read above" icon

 Your Enterprise ID is the same in spelling as your NetID, although the passwords are not necessarily the same. If you are having trouble logging into this page, your next step would be to call Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) at (312) 996-4806 or email them at servicedeskaits@uillinois.edu.
