How to Export Data from Axe Monitor
1. Log in and go to the Scan List
- Sign in to axe Monitor® with your user credentials.
- From the main navigation, go to the Scans section to open the Scan List page.

2. Export the Scan List data
- On the Scans page, you’ll see a table showing all scans you have access to.
- Make sure the “Select All” checkbox is selected
- Select Export to CSV from the Bulk Actions dropdown menu

- Select “Apply” to download the currently displayed list of scans as a .CSV file.
- This export will contain the scan names, scores, issue counts, and other visible list columns.
3. Apply Filters before Exporting (optional)
To refine what gets exported:
- Use the Filters controls next to the Scan List table.
- Set filters by criteria, such as:
- Scan Name
- Scan Group
- Scanned After date
- Include Needs Review issues
- After applying filters, the table will update, and the exported CSV file will only include your filtered results.
