How to Export Data from Axe Monitor

1. Log in and go to the Scan List

  1. Sign in to axe Monitor® with your user credentials.
  2. From the main navigation, go to the Scans section to open the Scan List page.

2. Export the Scan List data

  1. On the Scans page, you’ll see a table showing all scans you have access to.
  2. Make sure the “Select All” checkbox is selected
  3. Select Export to CSV from the Bulk Actions dropdown menu

  4. Select “Apply” to download the currently displayed list of scans as a .CSV file.
  5. This export will contain the scan names, scores, issue counts, and other visible list columns.
     

3. Apply Filters before Exporting (optional)

To refine what gets exported:

  1. Use the Filters controls next to the Scan List table.
  2. Set filters by criteria, such as:
    • Scan Name
    • Scan Group
    • Scanned After date
    • Include Needs Review issues
  3. After applying filters, the table will update, and the exported CSV file will only include your filtered results.
