Need a stationary message or custom image on your Zoom waiting room for attendees? Users have the ability to customize the waiting room either with a description, logo, or full-sized image

Go to uic.zoom.us and click Sign in to configure your account
On the left, select Settings
Under Waiting Room Options, select Customize Waiting Room
Choose your setup either with a default screen, logo, video, or image.
Once you are done customizing, be sure to click Save
