How can I setup an Apple Developer Account using UIC Managed Apple ID?

A UIC-managed Apple ID (netid@uic.edu) can be used to register a developer account; however, when multiple developers need access, it is recommended to instead create a Microsoft 365 Group and use the group’s email address for the registration.
