How to use the UH 2850 Conference Room

1. Tap the tablet to wake it up if it is asleep.
2. On the podium tablet select your desired mode.

• Event Mode – Will raise both screens and disable the display from the computer.
• Meeting Mode – Will lower both screens and enable the display from the computer.
• Auditorium Mode – Will lower both screens, dim the lights, enable display from the computer, and turn on the podium spotlight.
• Small Group Mode – Will raise the screen near the podium, lower the screen near the window, and enable the display from the computer.

3. Once the Mode has been selected, you may pick what component you wish to use or adjust: computer (will display the podium computer), laptop (will display a plugged-in laptop), Blue-ray, AV Inputs, Video Conference, Audio conference, Lighting (adjust room lighting)

• Note: you can control the audio volume, microphones, and even mute the screen display from the top menu.

4. To use the podium computer, you must select the computer option in the bottom left corner of the podium tablet, then log into the computer.

5. When finished, log off the computer if you are logged in, and choose “System Power” on the podium tablet to shut the system down.
