How to Start a Remote Session
Log in to Bomgar Representative Console and select the Session Key button at the top of the window. This will generate a one-time key for the client to input, or a direct link.
From the Session Key window below, you are able to set an expiration time on the key/URL (to schedule a session further out, etc.).

The client can visit: https://remote.uillinois.edu and enter the session key generated, -OR- click on the link to prompt the download.

Once the client enters the session key and presses submit, the following will appear:

The download should start automatically, appearing in the top right corner of the browser window as such:

Have the client click 'Allow' to install the remote application.
An End User Agreement will appear as well that needs to be accepted by the client.

When the client has agreed to the terms, their name will pop up in the Bomgar session queue up top.

Double click the client's name, then press the 'Screen Sharing' button that appears; the client will click 'Allow'.

Once the user allows remote access, you will be able to see their desktop, including multiple monitors. The right-hand side of the window has a chat box to communicate with the client, and all of the displays can be seen and swapped between directly below.
Elevate Privileges
Once the remote session is live there will be a ribbon across the top saying 'The session is running in a limited user context. Click here to elevate privileges now.'
On the window that appears, choose 'Prompt Customer' and click OK.
If the client has admin rights of their device, they will click 'Allow' to accept the elevation.
If the client does NOT have admin rights, you will need to select 'Specific User' and enter your 'User Name' as follows: ad\netID@uic.edu
To exit the session, click the red 'X' in the upper right corner of the chat box:
