Why can't I save my answers after I finished the exam?

User may have accidentally logged out.

The error message presented in this ticket implies that the student accidentally logged out of Shibboleth without knowing so. This can be done in multiple ways:
 
If you have Blackboard open in one tab and another tab using Gmail with both personal and UIC accounts and you log out of 1 of the gmail accounts, it logs you out of both, while at the same time logging you out of your Shibboleth-authenticated Blackboard site. When you try to do something in the Blackboard site, the error message appears; you simply have to restart your browser and log back into Shibboleth with your UIC credentials.
